We are Kristy Bryant and Trae Burgess. We relocated to Myrtle Beach roughly two years ago. Kristy is a vegan and passionate about fitness. Trae just tries his best to keep up! However, Trae does have 17 years of experience in Property Management and Real Estate. Be sure to ask him any questions about the market conditions. We have lived in 3 different states within the past five years and settled on Myrtle Beach. For us it was all about luxury affordability. What we were able to buy in Myrtle Beach was much higher end than what we would get in South Florida or Richmond, VA. Why Myrtle Beach?
Just like you are currently weighing your options, we did the same thing. What we found is we wanted a coastal lifestyle but something more on the affordable side. We found there was so much value in new constructions and planned developments that offer pools and other amenities. As you can see on our website, our dogs love going to one of the local dog parks. For our location you can golf cart over to restaurants, bars, yoga, or even grocery stores. This is a lifestyle we never would have in other places we lived.
